Of particular interest is the fact that two of the appeals court judges are Republican appointees — and the decision was written by Judge Mike Boudin, a traditional conservative appointed by George H.W. Bush, who was the deputy assistant Attorney General in the Reagan administration.

Time to PTFO again.
Back in Brooklyn after a quick 32 hour trip to Chicago for the great Estrada/Reding wedding! Even though I’m exhausted and have to go to work this afternoon I’m beyond excited I got to go home for the nuptials.
